This is an interesting antique scent bottle. The bottle itself is clear glass, over which is a gilt brass casing that is fabulously decorative. almost shell shaped, with individual flowers, very Art Nouveau and decor is the same to either side.The bottle has a hinged gilt lid and to the interior it has a small clear glass stopper. The lid has a pierced decoration upon it. To either side of the top collar there is a chain in order for this bottle to be suspended from a chatelaine. It is a lovely item, well worthy of any collection. CONDITION; Excellent. MEASUREMENTS; 2.6" high x 1.9" wide. ID=MB9
