Antique Victorian 18k Gold Amethyst Ring

Victorian era ring (circa 1880s to 1900s), crafted beautifully in 18k rose gold. A delightful forget-me-not flower is etched into the amethyst. A popular motif during the Victorian era. An all original Victorian ring (not a reproduction) that would make a great addition to your fine antique jewelry collection. Stones: One amethyst measuring 13mm x 8mm (estimated at 3 carats) is beautifully embedded into the mount. Note: light surface abrasions to the amethyst (as seen in the photos).

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 4 (sizable). UK size H 1/2. The mount measures 1/2 of an inch in length and just over 1/4 of an inch in width and the ring rises 1/8 inch from the finger.
