This is an antique Czechoslovakian place card holder circa 1910. The base is fancy brass with a green jewel. The citrine colored glass intaglio is engraved with a scene with rearing horse in a cloud.
It stands about 2" high x 1-3/4" wide.

There are a few tiny nicks along the beveled glass edge which are not seen in the photo. There is some oxidation in the metal, visible in the photo, which can be cleaned.ID=CZsalt2
